Here, once again, the renowned contributions of the CECA Best Practice Award. Once again, we can see the diversity in origin and themes of the programmes submitted to the jury. The sustainability of this long-running project shows that the criteria identified remain relevant in all kinds of museum situations, however diverse. These same criteria are also used and developed in many other CECA activities. But this year the jury was able to observe and reward a new application of the Best Practice principles: the application of the same educational criteria to exhibitions. This is an exciting turning point in museum education.
