The International Council of Museums (ICOM) promotes healthy, inclusive, and sustainable careers in the museum sector through its global network, professional standards, and capacity-building initiatives. But what does this mean for you personally?

What experiences have you had so far in your career? What can you do to shape your own career, and what lies beyond your control? And how do you envision the future of museum careers?

These are some of the questions we’ll explore together, sharing our experiences, perspectives, and ideas with fellow young museum professionals.
