Cornelia Bruninghaus-Knubel was a very active member of CECA, which she chaired for six years between 1983 and 1989. She attended her first CECA conference in Budapest in 1973.
Cornelia was indeed a real pioneer museum educator during a period when enthusiasm for the transmission of modern art to All led to the recognition of the importance of museum education not only in Germany but worldwide.
